4. DELIVERY POLICY

Urban Garden Center provides delivery services within New York City and select surrounding areas.

Delivery windows are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

building restrictions

NYC BUILDING DELIVERY TERMS

Customers are responsible for confirming delivery access including:

elevator availability
building delivery hours
building management approval
doorman notification

If delivery cannot be completed due to building restrictions, additional charges may apply.

5. PLANT CARE & SURVIVAL DISCLAIMER

Plants are living organisms and may experience stress during transport or transplanting.

Plant survival depends on conditions outside our control including:

watering practices
sunlight exposure
soil conditions
pests
weather

Urban Garden Center does not guarantee plant survival after delivery or pickup.

Responsibility for plant care transfers to the customer once the plant leaves our possession.

6. FIREWOOD POLICY

Firewood sold by Urban Garden Center is a natural product and may vary in:

species
bark content

Customers are responsible for storing firewood in a dry and ventilated area.

Urban Garden Center is not responsible for firewood condition after delivery.

7. CHRISTMAS TREE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION TERMS

Tree sizes are approximate and may vary naturally.

Installation services may include:

trimming
stand setup

Customers must maintain adequate water levels in tree stands.

Urban Garden Center is not responsible for:

water damage
improper tree maintenance
unsafe placement

8. CONTRACTOR & INSTALLATION SERVICES TERMS

Urban Garden Center may provide planting or installation services.

Customers must ensure installation areas are safe and suitable.
