Choose delivery access options in your cart

White Glove Service, stairs, and a Certificate of Insurance are selected with eligible merchandise in your cart. These services are added to any applicable delivery charge and do not apply to retail-center pickup.

    White Glove Service

    $25 per delivery

    Required for delivery beyond standard curbside. Our team enters the building and brings your order to the requested destination, such as a terrace, backyard, basement, or storage area.

  2. 02

    Flights of Stairs

    $15 per flight

    After White Glove is selected in your cart, add one for each flight our team must carry the order up or down. This can include a front stoop, service-elevator access, garden access, or another stair route. Maximum five flights per delivery.

    Certificate of Insurance

    $25

    Add this in your cart only if your building requires a COI for delivery access. Confirm the requirements with your building manager first.
