What is a COI?

Some buildings require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for inside deliveries.

If that is the case with your building (you can check with your Super, Landlord or Building Management Company), we will require a COI.

We obtain the COI, you have to do nothing except let us know it is required by adding the COI line item to your Cart.

Your COI is active from March to March in any given calendar year.

If you have any questions about COI, contact us at 646.872.3991 or email us at

Poinsettias are tropical, and like warm temperatures.

Do not place against cold glass or outdoors in winter.

Place them near a sunny window or well-lit area.

Originating in the tropical forests of Mexico and Guatemala, Poinsettias are happiest when temperatures are mild, in a nice comfortable range between 65-70°F.

In their native Latin American habitat, they don't experience freezing temperatures.

Poinsettias do not tolerate warm or cold drafts, which may cause premature leaf drop.

Because of this, keep them away from radiators, air vents, and fans, as well as open windows or doors.

Don't expose your poinsettia to temperatures below 50 degrees.

Poinsettias should be watered when the soil feels dry.

Water thoroughly, and discard the excess water.

If your plant is wilting or drooping, it needs more water.

If the leaves are turning yellow, you are over watering.

If you keep your poinsettia for several months, apply a soluble household fertilizer once or twice a month, according to manufacturer's instructions.

We do not warranty or guarantee any living plant. No returns or exchanges on live plants. All sales are final on live plants
