Majesty Palm 10" $100
Ravenea rivularis, the Majestic Palm, or Majesty Palm, is a species of tree in the family Arecaceae.
While often marketed as a "plant" in a pot, in its natural state, the Majesty Palm grows to almost 100'.
This tropical beauty has upward-arching leaves divided into long, thin fingers.
Bearing long green, regal fronds, this plant is perfect for gracing any indoor space.
A common houseplant, Majesty Palm grows slowly, becoming larger and more elegant with time and care.
It's quite easy to grow if you give it the right amount of light, water, humidity, and fertilizer.
Your MP will purify the air, and remove toxins such as benzene, formaldehyde, and carbon monoxide.
Can adapt to low light levels, but will be happiest in spot with bright indirect light.
Avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight, as it may scorch the leaves.
Majesties can also be placed outdoors on shaded decks, patios, and balconies as a summer tropical.
However, because we grow majesty palms in low-light conditions to ensure they thrive as houseplants, they shouldn't be placed outdoors in hot, sunny situations.
Palms replace their leaves throughout the growing season.
Cut leaves that are entirely brown or yellow at the base – near the stem or at the soil.
Be sure not to tug the leaves, as this can damage healthy parts of the plant.
If only part of the leaf is brown or yellow, remove only the affected area.
Palms like moist soil, which means watering several times a week is usually required.
Signs of an overwatered palm tree are leaf loss, wilted leaves and fronds, leaf discoloration, yellow or brown palm tree leaves that start falling off before drying.
If you notice any wilting, curling, or turning brown near the tips and edges, chances are your Maj is in need of additional water.
We do not warranty or guarantee any living plant. No returns or exchanges on live plants. All sales are final on live plants
