Oxalis or is a large genus of flowering plants in the wood-sorrel family Oxalidaceae, comprising about 570 species.

The genus occurs throughout most of the world, except for the polar areas; species diversity is particularly rich in tropical Brazil, Mexico and South Africa.

Oxalis are low-growing annuals or perennials producing lush foliage mounds of attractive, clover-like leaves.

During the day the leaves open out to receive sunlight but at night they retract and fold up like small umbrellas, adding curious interest to the plant!

Virtually ever-blooming, with the heaviest flower production in the cooler temperatures of spring and autumn.

Plants tend to rest in the summer when temperatures exceed 85°F.

Dainty flowers add their beauty to the display.

Oxalis can’t be beat for their stunning foliage and ease of care.

Their considerable ornamental appeal makes them first rate plant for rock gardens, borders or containers.

Indoors, Oxalis plants need gritty soil and bright filtered light and low humidity.

Water moderately and fertilize monthly while in growth. Keep barely moist when dormant.

We do not warranty or guarantee any living plant. No returns or exchanges on live plants. All sales are final on live plants.
