Hosta is a near perfect perennial requiring very little maintenance and is virtually pest free.

Hosta have a mounded growth habit, and are ideal for a specimen plant, border, edging or woodland setting.

Also does beautifully in a container.

Performs well in sun but prefers a shady location. 

The plants are low maintenance.

The go-to plant for many gardeners dealing with shade.

They do well with morning sun in northern zones, especially gold-leaved varieties, but are best in all day shade.
