Fern 'Asparagus setaceus' 4.5"
Asparagus Fern 4.5"
Asparagus setaceus, commonly known as common asparagus fern, asparagus grass, lace fern, climbing asparagus, or ferny asparagus, is a climbing plant in the genus Asparagus.
A fast-growing tropical perennial, asparagus fern is a virtually indestructible houseplant (or garden plant in warm climates).
Despite its common name, the plant is not a true fern, but has leaves that resemble one.
Some sun, some shade, and regular watering keeps it happy in its pot.
These beauties are adaptable and will grow in full sun to shade.
Their foliage, however, tends to look somewhat yellow when grown in full sun.
Their growth and color tend to be better if they receive some shade for part of the day.
Asparagus fern plants are toxic to humans and cats and dogs.
If the berries come in contact with the skin, they may cause a rash at the point of contact.
We do not warranty or guarantee any living plant. No returns or exchanges on live plants. All sales are final on live plants.
